One piece for One peace project 2015寄付のご報告
Announcement of donation to Plan Japan “Because I am a girl” campaign from “One piece for One peace project”in 2015.

2015年4月〜9月まで実施させていただいた、第2回目のOne piece for One peace project。おかげさまでさまざまな百貨店様での催事、ECショップにて、たくさんのお客様からご購入頂きました。心から感謝申し上げます。
リサイクルサリーネックレスの商品の販売価格のうち100円、総計35,500円がプラン・ジャパン Because I am a girlキャンペーンに寄付されることになりました。
寄付先は、東インドの「女の子のための教育推進プロジェクト」に役立てられます。

We gladly announce that we could donate 100 yen per one piece of recycled sari necklace, totally 35500 yen has been sent to Plan Japan “ Because I am a girl” campaign from VEGANIE’s “One piece for One peace project”.
We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to all customers who purchased and department stores that gave us an opportunity to sell these products. This money will be donated to “ Girls scholarship project in east of India”.





インド東部には貧困層の指定部族が存在し、特に女の子たちは、早すぎる結婚や家事手伝いで教育の機会を逃しています。
日本の高校にあたる10年生の修了がその後の教育や就労に影響するなか、指定部族の女の子たちは、65%が中途退学。
人生の選択肢を広げられずにいます。

There are many socially and economically disadvantaged scheduled tribes in east of India. Especially girls are discriminated from the society so that they usually miss their education opportunity due to their early age marriage, helping housework. Approximately 65% of girls drop out from the school after finishing 10th grade.




VEGANIEで販売されているOne piece for One peace Project対象商品1商品お買い上げにつき、売上利益のうちの100円を子どもの教育支援を目的とした組織へ、また年間利益の一部が動物救援組織へ寄付されました。




アークは1990年、現在のアーク代表エリザベス・オリバーによって設立された、非営利、非政治の私設団体の会員制動物救援組織です。動物を愛し、共に生き、積極的に救いの手を差しのべようとしている人達のネットワークをつくることを目的としています。2012年には、オリバーの日本における動物福祉及び市民社会への長年にわたる貢献が英国王室に認められ、Birthday Honours List （女王の誕生日に与えられる叙爵及び叙勲一覧）の中でMBE*を受勲する名誉に博しました。

ARK was established in 1990 by Elizabeth Oliver who still represents the organization today. It is a non-profit, non-governmental private organization with the aim of forming a network of people who love animals, believe in sharing their lives with them, and who work actively to rescue them from suffering. Elizabeth Oliver has been awarded an MBE in the 2012 Birthday Honours List, by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, in recognition of her services to animal welfare and civil society in Japan.

Because I am a Girlは、子どもとともに地域開発を進める国際NGOプランが展開するグローバルキャンペーンです。女性であるために様々な困難に直面する途上国の女の子たちの問題を訴え、彼女たちが「生きていく力」を身に付け、途上国の貧困が軽減されることを目指します。

“Because I am a Girl” is Plan’s global campaign which aims to support girls to get the education, skills and support their needs to transform their lives and the world around them. Plan is International non-governmental organization whose goal is reducing the poverty in developing countries.
