すてきな出会いって、なにも男女の中だけに起こるものではないですよね・・・。
今日は日本を代表するヨガインストラクター、吉川めいさんとお話しをしました。
吉川めいさんは、たまたまあるサイトでVEGANIEを知ってくださり、クラッチバッグをお買い上げして頂き、「備考欄」に、わたしへのメッセージを残してくださったのが出会いのきっかけ。
めいさんは、日本でyogaが流行る前からインド南部のマイソールで、シュリ・K・パタビジョイス氏
にアシュタンガヨガを学びインドとの縁が深く、インド人に「きみはインド人よりインド人だ」
と言わせた女性（笑）。めいさんが、運営しているヨガスタジオは”Veda”.私の姪っ子もVeda。
そして、ヨガ教室をしながらOrganic cottonのオリジナル商品も企画販売されている・・・。
とにかく共通項の多いめいさんに、とにかくお会いして話しがしたい！ということで
表参道のカフェにてティ−タイムが実現しました。
女性として、母として、経営者として、ヨガの指導者として・・・どれだけの肩書きを持っている
のか、分からないめいさんですが、どこまでも自然体でハッピーオーラの持ち主。
エシカルとヨガ、どのような結びつきができるか、さまざまなエシカル・ソーシャル系女性経営者
が増える中で、点と点をどのように結び、どうしたらより多くの日本人女性に伝えられるか。
初めてお会いしたのに、けっこう奥深いところまでお話しさせていただきました。
VEGANIEとして、エシカルを担う１ブランドとして、はたまた、インドと日本の交流の中で
吉川めいさんと一緒にお仕事させていただくのを楽しみにしています。

I met Mei Yoshikawa who is famous pioneering yoga instructor in Japan.
Our fate led us to meet since she ordered VEGANIE clutch bag from my EC site and left a lovely message for me.
She is a mother, entrepreneur and of course yoga instructor, she must be super busy woman but she has a real aura of happiness from her inside. This is amazing !
She told me that she has become a pupil of Shri.K.Pattabhijois in Southern India before “YOGA” has become popular in Japan like now.
We chatted and discussed a lot about the possibility of collaboration between Ethical fashion and yoga, India and Japan, how we can connect these meaningful contents and communicate better with so called “main stream”. Our conversation was so free flowing and meaningful that I could not believe it was a first meeting.
I am so excited to have some collaboration with her in our future.
